Description
Bowles Farmhouse is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with a pantile roof, featuring one brick coped gable and two gable stacks. The building is single storey plus attics and has a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door flanked by plain sash windows. All openings are topped with brick segmental heads. The roof includes two raking dormers with plain sashes, and the cheeks are finished in slate. At the rear, there is a catslide roof.
