Description

This milestone, located midway between Frampton Lane and Baker's Bridge, dates from the early 19th century. It is made of painted limestone ashlar and features a rectangular post with a domed top. The post is inscribed with the distances to Boston (4 miles) and Sleaford (14 miles), and it also includes two bench marks.
