Description
The stable and store at Elms Farm is a building from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond and features a steeply pitched pantile roof with brick coped tumbled gables. The building is two stories tall with a garret and has a short plinth. Its front has four bays, with two planked stable doors on the ground floor and four two-light glazing bar fixed lights on the first floor. All openings have segmental heads. To the left, there is a later lean-to addition. The right gable includes a single planked door, a glazing bar pivot sash, and a fixed light in the garret. The interior retains a close coupled collar roof. Elms Farmhouse is not listed.
