Description

The Barn at Rolleston Manor is an early 18th-century barn, with an extension added in the mid 18th century. It is now used as a store. The barn is constructed of red brick, with pantiles on the left side and plain tiles on the right. A red brick gable stack is present on the left side, and the eaves are dentil. The raised brick coped gables have kneelers, and the former gable is now incorporated into the ridge. The barn is two storeys high and has three bays. On the ground floor, a blocked archway now contains a small Yorkshire sash window. To the right of the archway is a doorway with a plank door and overlight, set beneath a segmental arch. Further to the right is a doorway with a plank door in an opening which originally had a segmental arch. Above these openings are two tripartite casement windows.
