Description

No. 30 West Street is a shop built around 1830 and altered in the 20th century. It features colourwashed brick and a slate roof behind a tall parapet, with a single brick stack. The exterior is a tall three-storey, two-bay front, which has a 20th-century shop front on the ground floor. The first floor has two glazing bar sash windows, while the second floor has two taller glazing bar sash windows. All openings are topped with painted wedge stucco lintels. The building is part of a group with Nos. 18, 20, and 22, as well as Nos. 24, 26, and 28 on West Street.
