GV II House of late C18. Red brick with brick plinth, stone cornice to front, otherwise brick dentilled eaves. Hipped slate roof with two ridge stacks and two end stacks to rear. Three storeys of five sashes with flat gauged brick lintels and stone sills. 3/3 sashes to second floor, otherwise 6/6. Central Venetian doorcase with painted stone pilasters and dado and narrow three-pane sidelights either side of six-panelled door with fanlight having moulded astragals. C19 lamp over. Two stone steps. On left and right ends some 6/6 sashes and blocked windows with stone sills, and casements, mostly three-light with top lights. To rear C19 sashes and casements and two C19 outshuts.

Interior: contemporary staircase, six-panelled doors, one with fanlight, black and white marble hall floor and inglenook with long chamfered beam in kitchen. Forms a group with Nos. 22 and 24.
