Description

The former garden walls at Wyndham Lodge, dating from the later 19th century, are located to the south of The Stables. These high coped stone walls step down the hillside and feature end piers. A portion of the walls runs south along the street boundary, while another section connects to the east and extends from east to west to the south of the Outpatients Department. The walls, along with Wyndham Lodge (formerly the Melton and District War Memorial Hospital), its steps and balustrade, and The Stables (formerly the Outpatients Department), form a cohesive group.
