15 Brook Lane is a late 18th century to early 19th century building constructed of red brick with some dark headers. It stands two storeys high and features two windows, which are sashes with boxed frames and cambered head linings, fitted with late 19th century glazing. This property, along with Nos 1 and 3 and Nos 15 and 17, forms a group, with Nos 1 and 3 being buildings of local interest.
