Description

17 Brook Lane is a building dating from the 18th century to early 19th century. The facade is painted white and features a slate roof with a central chimney. It has three storeys and two windows on the front, which are sash windows with boxed frames, glazing bars, and cambered head linings. The top floor has modern reproduction casements in the same frames. The central door is sheltered by a tented canopy and has glazed sides that form a porch. This building is part of a group with Nos 1 and 3, and Nos 15 and 17, with Nos 1 and 3 being buildings of local interest.
