Description

Milton House is a building dating from the 18th century to the early 19th century. It stands two storeys tall and has three windows across its front. This early house has been modified to accommodate a later addition on the north side. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, featuring wide eaves. The brickwork is colour-washed, with the older section constructed in English bond and a high plinth, while the later section is in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches. The windows are sash style. The entrance features a solid stucco porch that includes a blocking course, cornice, arched side openings, and a half-glazed door set within a glazed surround.
