Description
The garden walls to the south of Hall Place were built around 1872. They are tall walls made of diapered brick, topped with stone coping, located to the north-east, south-east, and south-west of the garden. There is a lower, plain wall to the north-west. At the eastern angle of the garden, there is a section of diapered wall featuring battlements, with ball finials on the stone coping. The wall rises to a gable above the gateway. These walls, along with Hall Place, the terrace walls and gates to the north-west, the terrace walls and steps to the north-east, the estate office and workshop block, and the stable block, form a cohesive group.
