Description

Number 13 on Market Place is a building from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features a facade made of painted brick and has an eaves cornice supported by paired brackets, topped with a slate roof. The building has three storeys and one window. It includes a canted shop window that has modern glazing but still retains its fluted iron spandrels. There is also a glazed door set in a moulded wooden case, which is topped with a hood supported by brackets. This building is part of a group that includes numbers 10 to 19 on Market Place.
