Description

Number 87 on Broad Street is a building dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed of buff brick. The ground floor features rusticated stucco, and there is a moulded stone eaves cornice along the top. A string course runs horizontally across the façade. The building has two sash windows that have verticals only. On the left side, there is a round-headed doorcase topped with a semi-circular fanlight, accessed by one step. This building is part of a group that includes numbers 80 to 89 on Broad Street.
