Description

No. 84 Broad Street is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is two storeys tall and constructed of red brick, topped with a hipped tiled roof. The building features a parapet with stone coping. On the upper floor, there are two sashes with intact glazing bars and stone cills. The ground floor includes a double-hung sash window set in a curved bay, complete with shutters. The entrance is marked by a simple round-headed doorcase that has a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door. Nos. 80 to 89 Broad Street form a group with this building.
