Description

No. 71 High Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of red brick. It features a wide bracketed cornice at the eaves, and although the roof is not visible, the building stands three storeys high with two windows. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and they have painted lintels and reveals. The ground floor has an advanced shop front that dates from the later 19th century. Nos. 70 to 75 High Street form a group with this building.
