Description

This house, located 15 meters south of the main stables to Belvoir Castle, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed ironstone and features a roof made of graded Swithland slate. The building has two storeys and consists of six irregular bays. The south-west side does not have any doors. The windows are two-light cross casements with glazing bars, with six on the ground floor and five on the first floor. There is a coved and plastered eaves cornice beneath the gabled roof, which has three gabled dormers that contain leaded early 18th-century casements. The interior includes triple-flued gable-end stacks.
