Description
Vine House is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of coursed ironstone with a roof made of graded Swithland slate. The building has two storeys and is arranged in three bays. It features a central panelled door with an overlight, which is set behind a gabled brick porch that has a four-centred arch. The windows are three-light casements located under segmental brick arches, with the window above the porch consisting of only two lights. The house has a gabled roof and a partly external north-west gable-end stack with a 20th-century brick flue, along with a 20th-century ridge stack to the right. The fenestration at the rear is similar to that at the front. Additionally, there is a central 19th-century brick extension that is two storeys high and has a catslide roof.
