Description
Holly Farmhouse is an 18th-century house located in Medbourne. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a Swithland slate roof with brick end stacks. The building has two storeys. On the first floor, there are three casement windows: a central opening with three lights flanked by two-light windows on either side. The ground floor has a central six-panelled door, with the upper panels glazed, and a similar three-light window to the left, along with a small rectangular bay to the right. The windows are adorned with stone cambered lintels that have keystones. There is a lean-to structure on the left end of the house, and the rear facade is similar to the front. Inside, there is an inglenook and a staircase that is likely from the early 19th century.
