Description
The outbuildings at Old Hall, dating from the late 18th century, include a tack room and store that now serve as an outbuilding. The structure features orange brick with slate roofs and a single gable stack, standing as a single storey plus attic.
The main north front showcases a central doorway with a segmental head and a plank door, accompanied to the right by another similar doorway featuring a part glazed six-panel door. To the left, there is a single window with a segmental head, wooden cross mullions, and square leaded glazing. Above these, two semi-circular windows with wooden frames and square leaded glazing can be found.
The rear and right return walls incorporate an early 17th-century garden or boundary wall, which has a ramped section to the left. Inside, there are two rooms on the ground floor; the room on the right contains a plain brick fireplace with a moulded wooden mantel shelf, while the left room has a wooden ladder providing access to the upper floor, which features a lime-ash floor.
