Description

No. 26 Rookery Lane is a house dating from the late 18th century, with 20th-century additions. It features paired rubble walling accented with brick dressings and a Swithland slate roof, which has two brick-painted gable stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front. The central gabled porch contains a small casement window and is flanked by single three-light casements with segmental heads. Above the porch, there are two two-light casements on the left, while the right side has a lean-to addition and a 20th-century addition with a two-light casement.
