Description

No. 40 Sullington Road is a house from the early 19th century, built of brick with a rendered plinth and a Swithland slate roof, featuring two brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a double fronted design with three windows. The central doorway is round-headed and includes archivolts and a keystone, with a 20th-century door. The windows are sixteen-pane sash windows, with a twelve-pane window in the center on the first floor. The window heads are made of rubbed brick and are now painted, and there are brick cills beneath the windows.
