Description

No. 37 Charnwood Road is a cottage built in the early 19th century. It features a red brick construction with a slate roof and brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door set within a reeded doorcase, topped with a hood. On the ground floor, there are windows with rubbed brick heads and 16-pane sash windows. The first floor is adorned with three-light casement windows that include glazing bars. A brick dentil cornice adds detail to the structure.
