Description

No. 28 Oakham Road is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a Swithland slate roof with brick stacks at each end. The building has three storeys and is adorned with three 2/2 sash windows. The central entrance is highlighted by a moulded wooden doorcase that has a flat bracketed canopy above it, leading to a six-panelled door with an overlight. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing.
