Description

No. 12 Station Road is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a Swithland slate roof behind a coped parapet, with brick stacks at each end. The building is two storeys tall and has a gable-lit attic, flanked by pilaster quoins and bands above the ground and first floors. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows, which are glazing bar sashes with gauged brick heads and raised key-blocks. The central entrance consists of a four-panelled door with a rectangular overlight, also featuring a gauged brick head and raised key-block.
