8.3.63 Woodyard Cottage (No 1)

House. Early to mid-C18, altered in C19 and C20. Red brick with plain tile roof hipped to left and large brick ridge stack to left of centre, rebuilt in later C19. 2 storeys with band stepped up to left. Irregular fenestration of 2 glazing bar sashes in open boxes on first floor with blind 3-centred arch window between them to the right and 2 small canted bays on ground floor either side of a central entrance with panelled door in wooden architrave surround with corniced hood.
