Description
Yewtree is a house dating from the late 18th century, with minor alterations from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a raised band at the first floor level. The roof is tiled and has a dentilled eaves band, with a ridge stack positioned to the right of the center. The building is two stories tall and has a two-window front. The windows are three-light, segmental-headed casements, and there is a smaller blind opening in the center. The central entrance has a segmental head and a boarded door. There is a single-storey addition on the right-hand side.
