Description

Hall Green House is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Uttoxeter Road in Checkley. It is constructed of red brick and features a tiled roof with end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a two-window front, with glazing bar sashes that have painted wedged heads. The original entrance is likely concealed by ivy, while the current entrance is situated in a lean-to at the rear of the building. Hall Green House is noted for being a complete example of its type.
