Description

No. 2 Hollington Road is a house with a core dating from the 17th century, which was refronted in the mid-19th century. The building features roughcast over a timber frame and sits on a plinth, topped with a tiled roof and end stacks. It is two stories high with a two-window front. The small pane casements on the first floor have gablets above them, adorned with wavy barge boards. The central entrance is set within a delicate and ornate gabled porch that includes a trefoil-headed screen at the front. The west side elevation reveals exposed small-panel timber framing.
