Description
The White Lodge is a house dating from around 1800. It has rendered and whitewashed walls, with some sections featuring a plinth, and a Welsh slate roof that includes red brick stacks at the central ridge and in the valleys. The entrance is located at the right end, facing The Nook. The main façade, which faces Main Street, is two storeys high and features four sash windows arranged as three 3/6 windows over six 6/6 windows. The right end of the house has a gable on the left side. There is a central moulded wooden doorcase with a flat bracketed canopy above a partially glazed door. To the left of the door, there are two 6/6 sash windows, and to the right, there is one 6/6 sash window. Above the door, there are two 6/6 sashes and one 3/6 sash. The rear of the building is constructed with stone walling and has quoins.
