Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Loughborough Road in Hooton. The house is constructed of brick and has a hipped slate roof with symmetrical brick stacks. The front facade is symmetrical, featuring two storeys and three bays. A central doorway is flanked by engaged Tuscan columns supporting a plain architrave, leading to a door with a coloured glass overlight. Canted bay windows, likely dating from around 1900, were added to either side of the facade. The upper floor has three sash windows, each with 10 or 12 lights, and features moulded stuccoed heads.
