Description
No. 91 on Town Green Street is a cottage that dates from the 16th century and around 1800. It features a cruck frame with painted brick and a painted granite rubble stone plinth. The roof is made of Welsh slate, with brick stacks on the right ridge and front left. The building has two storeys and includes two sets of 2-light horizontal sliding sash windows. On the ground floor, towards the left, there is a 3-light centre-opening casement flanked by a plank door. To the right, there is a 9-pane fixed light and a 2-light casement. Most of the ground floor windows have cambered lintels, except for the last one. On the left end, there is a first-floor 2-light horizontal sliding sash window, and a pair of cruck blades is partly visible.
