Description
Keeper's Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 16th century and was altered around 1800. It is constructed of whitewashed brick, with part of a cruck frame, and features a painted granite rubble stone plinth. The roof is made of Welsh slate, with a whitewashed rendered central ridge and stacks at the right end. The building has two storeys, with two sets of 2-light horizontal sliding sashes above, and on the ground floor, there is a door, a 2-light casement, another door, and a 3-light centre-opening casement. The ground floor windows have cambered lintels. On the right end of the cottage, part of a cruck blade is visible.
