Description

No. 19 on Main Street is a cottage dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a thatched roof with brick and stone stacks located at the left center ridge and the right end. The building has one and a half storeys, with four 3-light horizontal sliding sash dormers above two 3-light similar windows, and an additional fixed 3-light window on the left. On the far left, there is a two-leaved door that is sheltered by an elliptical hood supported by console brackets. To the left end, there is a two-storey extension that includes a door, a 3-light horizontal sliding sash window, and a 2-light casement window above, along with a brick stack at the rear.
