Description

The stables at Market Overton House date from the 18th and 19th centuries. They are constructed from coursed squared stone and ashlar, topped with a Collyweston slate roof and featuring two moulded stone stacks. The building has a gable facing and consists of a long range that is one and a half to two storeys high. It includes stone mullion windows, dormers, and doors for the garage and stables. Additionally, there is a stone mounting block dated 1763 located outside the stable nearest to the street.
