Description

The gazebo, walls, and gate piers at The Manor House date from the 18th century, with the walls and gate piers possibly extending into the 19th century. The gazebo is built from coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a hipped Collyweston slate roof. It has a square plan and is one storey high, with two blocked windows on two sides facing the street, a part-glazed door, and a three-light window on the garden sides. The coursed rubble stone walls extend from the street sides and have Collyweston slate coping. On the side facing Main Street, there is a pair of chamfered stone gate piers.
