Description
The Manor House is a house built in 1861. It is constructed from coursed squared stone with quoins, stone dressings, a first-floor band, and a roof made of Collyweston slate, featuring various moulded stone stacks. The building has a stone-coped gabled design and is 2½ storeys high, with a combination of three 2-light and three 3-light windows. The ground floor windows have stone mullions and transoms, while the upper floors feature stone mullions and hood moulds. There is a door located in a one-storey extension to the right. On the left side facing the garden, there is a projecting Dutch gable with a finial, below which is a 3-light stone mullion and transom window, along with a stone tablet inscribed with "W1861." Additional doors and similar windows can be found at the rear of the house. The building is included for its group value.
