Description

This building, known as No. 3 and Surgery, is a cottage and surgery that dates back to the 18th century. It features coursed rubble stone construction with a Welsh slate roof for the cottage and a 20th-century tile roof for the surgery, both with brick end stacks. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and includes a 3-light horizontal sliding sash window, with 2-light Lincolnshire dormers on either side of a central door, and a 1-light window above. There is also a 2-light casement window on the right end. The surgery is 2 storeys tall and has a 2-light casement window, with a part-glazed door to the left. Inside, there are wooden beams.
