Description

Stocks Cottage is a 17th-century cottage, originally comprising three dwellings. The building is constructed of coursed rubble stone with a thatched roof, featuring a stone ridge stack and two brick ridge stacks. It has a 1½-storey profile with three eyebrow dormers: two 2-light and one 3-light. The windows, reading from left to right, include a 2-light horizontal sliding sash, a 3-light stone mullion window with a single light, a doorway with a thatched canopy, two 2-light casement windows, a 2-light horizontal sliding sash, and another 2-light casement.
