Cottage of c1800. Coursed rubble stone and Collyweston slate roof with stone and rendered brick end stacks. 1½ storeys of 2 3-light casement windows with 2 3-light hipped dormers over. Central C20 porch and door. To right a 2 storey extension with C20 pantile roof, the 1st floor elevation stone hung. 2 3-light casements both floors. Included for group value.
