Description

Hobgoblins is a cottage dating from around 1700, constructed of coursed rubble stone with quoins and a Collyweston slate roof featuring a moulded stone facing gable stack. The building is two storeys high and has an L-shaped plan, with the left gable projecting forward. In the gable, there is a 20th-century window on the first floor. To the right, there is a 20th-century part-glazed door and a 20th-century renewed casement window with a stone mullion on both floors. The left side of the cottage has three renewed 20th-century windows. At the rear, there is a two-storey extension. This building is included for its group value.
