Description

No. 14 on Church Street is a late 18th-century cottage that stands two storeys high. It is constructed of rough-cast brick and features a slate roof with end stacks. The front of the cottage has three hung sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor, set in flat arches. On the ground floor, there are two similar windows with margin glazing bars that flank a central six-panelled door, which is adorned with a moulded architrave. To the right of the main structure, there is a single-storey range made of colour-washed brick and plain tiles, which includes a modern casement window and a plank door.
