Description
This building, originally a house and now an outbuilding, dates from around 1700 and was altered and raised in height during the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a diaper pattern, and the lower left end features granite rubble stone. The building has brick eaves and a moulded and dentilled brick stringcourse, with segmentally arched blocked openings. The roof is made of Swithland slate and has a rebuilt brick stack at the left end. The structure is 2½ storeys tall and has two blocked openings, along with a 2-light leaded casement window on the first floor to the left. The left end includes a small 2-light window with a blocked window above it and a 20th-century window in the attic. The right end features a 3-light window on the first floor. At the rear, there are both double and single stable doors.
