Description

Nos. 28 and 30 on Main Street are cottages dating from the 17th century. They are constructed of rendered brick with a fragment of timber framing and feature a thatched roof. The right end stack has been rebuilt, and there is also a stack located at the rear center right. The cottages are 1½ storeys high and have five renewed casement windows along with a central door. There is a gabled dormer and an eyebrow dormer, both with two lights. The rear of the building has two pairs of casements and two doors. Inside, there are two pairs of cruck frames.
