It is constructed of granite and slate rubble stone, with cambered brick lintels and a Swithland slate roof, featuring brick end stacks. The main part of the house is two and a half storeys high and has a three-window front. There are three-light casement windows either side of a central doorway, with matching two-light casements above. Three 20th-century dormers are set into the roof. A wing extends to the left, with a gable facing forward, a door and a three-light window above, and cambered stone lintels. Additional doors and casement windows are present on the rear of the house, along with a brick end stack. The wing's interior includes a tie beam truss gable with struts, collar, and brick nogging.
