Cottage. Early 18 century. Dressed stone, granite brick and render with Swithland Slate roof with 2 brick gable stacks. Granite plinth, with unusual dressed stone above, now mostly rendered. Central doorway, single 3 light sliding casement either side, all under segmental brick arches. 2 plain 3 light sliding casements above.
