Description

ANSTEY BRADGATE ROAD (South side) SK 50 NW 5/6 No. 102 (formerly listed 12.2.79 with No. 104: demolished) GV II House of c 1800. Rendered red brick with Swithland slate roof and end stacks on main range and left wing. 3 storey main range with 2 storey wings and 1½ storey extension to left of left wing; gable ends to road. Main range of 2 3-light casements, cambered lintels; original centre doorway with sidelights replaces right window. Left wing has 3-light casements and door with 3-light casement over. Right wing has 8/8 sash with 4/8 sash over. Right end of right wing adjoining road has early C20 polygonal bay, part with leaded lights. 2 and 3-light casements to rear.
