Description
No. 102 on Bradgate Road is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of rendered red brick and features a Swithland slate roof with end stacks on the main range and the left wing. The building has a three-storey main range, two-storey wings, and a 1½ storey extension to the left of the left wing, with gable ends facing the road. The main range includes two three-light casements with cambered lintels, and the original central doorway has sidelights, replacing the right window. The left wing contains three-light casements and a door with a three-light casement above it. The right wing features an 8/8 sash window with a 4/8 sash above. At the right end of the right wing, which adjoins the road, there is an early 20th-century polygonal bay, partly with leaded lights. The rear of the building has two and three-light casements.
