Description
No. 32 Upper Church Street is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building is two stories tall and has a three-unit plan, with one bay to the left of the doorway. This bay features a 4-light sash window with a flat arched brick head. The entrance consists of a five-panelled door set within a moulded architrave that has incised decoration, topped by a flat canopy. To the right of the doorway, there are two 3-light horizontally sliding sash windows, each with flat arched brick heads. Above these, two additional 3-light horizontally sliding sashes are present, featuring segmentally arched brick heads. There is a stack on the left-hand gable and another stack located between the two right-hand units.
