Description
The stables with a loft over at Barn Farmhouse were built in 1852 and feature a tile roof and an L-plan layout. The east elevation has four doorways with basket arches and stepped surrounds, all fitted with stable-type doors. There are also four rectangular window openings, one upper doorway with stable-type doors, and two smaller openings with plank doors. The building includes three tiers of breather openings. The return elevation has two similar doorways, a window, and an arched opening on the ground floor, along with two windows above. This structure is listed for its group value.
