Description

SK 24 SW PARISH OF SHIRLEY HALL LANE 5/99 (West Side) The Outlook II

Cottage. Early C19. Red brick with plain tile roofs and decorative fretted barge boards. Central triple shafted ridge stack. Single storey plus attics. East elevation has a gabled porch with C20 half glazed door, and windows in the side walls with diamond glazing. 2-light window above with returned brick hoodmould, pointed lights and diamond glazing. North elevation has a canted window with diamond glazing, then a single storey projecting gabled bay with small square window with returned brick hoodmould. To the right a lower gabled bay with a 2-light window under a flat arch, with diamond glazing.
