Description
Osmaston Park Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse constructed of red brick, which is partly cement rendered and features stone dressings. The building has a plain tile roof with rounded stone coped gables and moulded kneelers, along with a dentiled eaves band and brick gable end stacks. There is a 19th-century outshut at the rear. The farmhouse is two storeys high, plus attics, and the south elevation consists of three symmetrical bays. The central doorway has a cambered brick lintel with a stone keystone, and it is flanked by broad three-light wooden casement windows with similar heads. Above, there are three more windows, with the central one being narrower. The interior is plain, featuring a ground floor west room that includes an inglenook fireplace with salt cupboards beside a modern tile fireplace.
